| 4th Annual Downriver Cruise |
 The 4th Annual Downriver Cruise was held on June 28, 2003. The cruise runs down Fort Street through four cities in Southeastern Michigan extending from Outer Drive in Lincoln Park to Pennsylvania Road in Riverview.
