Even though I'm still technically a young buck ( I'm 31 years old) I've always had a passion for classic cars- thanks to my dad and mom, who once owned a 1974 malibu.
After having my other Mustang totalled (1986 Mustang GT) by a bus I started looking for another Mustang and stumbled across this beautiful 1978 King Cobra. The body, even though the paint was faded, was in good condition- no rust, nothing major.
I bought it for 2,900. I've invested a little over 4,500 dollars on it between the paint job,
custom hood scoop, some interior item and a few things in the engine compartment.
it's bored 30 over, it has racing cam and lifters, offenhouser intake, headers, 650cfm edelbrock 4 bbl carb., 4 speed 3.73 gears- lots of tourque and power, and look at those cragers. Let me know if you can find any of those still around. It's a daily driver.
