History: My car is a 1978 Mustang II that has been repainted to fit a Cobra II. I
purchased the car in March 1991. It was a sixteenth b'day present. At the
time, it had a blown head gasket and the engine had to be rebuilt. Since
then, the car was run for several years until I purchased a car for driving.
I then began to put some work into the car, adding a custom cut teakwood
dash plate and a GT brand teakwood steering wheel. A new stereo was then
put in as well as an oil pressure gauge. After which I have wanted to fix
it up more but couldn't for finacial reasons. I had it repainted almost 6
years ago, although I may have it done again. I want to rebuild the car
from the ground up and put a Cobra II stripe kit on it. I plan to restore
it hopefully soon. It is occassionally driven. This car can also be seen
in the Stang Stable. |
